In order to KYC up to Level 2 which enables FIAT withdrawals to your bank account, you will need to supply a valid document as proof of ownership of your bank account.
The following documents are supported and must reflect your legal name, account number, account type and bank branch code:
- Stamped letter from the bank (including an electronically stamped letter) not older than three months or
- Bank statement or ATM / Internet generated statement or eStamped statement not more than three months old.
Please note, it's not a requirement for Severus to view your transactional information (account balances etc.). This can be redacted (blurred, blacked out). However, please ensure to supply a document that is not cropped or folded as this may result in the rejection of your KYC.
